I don&#8217;t want to do that to my employees.because that&#8217;s not my way of managing,\u201d Hart said in a visit to her office.<\/p>\n<p>She told Saipan Tribune that unless the Board of Regents gainsays her decision, she will keep the 80-hour biweekly schedule for all staff.<\/p>\n<p>The college has 175 employees, mostly administrative personnel and staff.<\/p>\n<p>The Executive Branch has enforced an across-the-board austerity Fridays until the end of the fiscal year due to declining collections and resources. It projects revenue to reach only $102 million this fiscal year.<\/p>\n<p>During Monday&#8217;s special board meeting, it was learned that NMC is projected to incur a shortfall of $432,783 in fiscal year 2012.<\/p>\n<p>The Legislature had approved a $5.1 million budget for the college, of which $3.9 million will be used for personnel cost while $1.2 million will go to all others and operations.
