Wiseman sentenced Eddie  Ngirngesang to three years in prison, all suspended except for 12 months, for aggravated assault and battery.<\/p>\n<p>Following a plea agreement, Wiseman gave the 23-year-old Ngirngesang credit for the one year he had already served in jail.<\/p>\n<p>The defendant was placed under five years of supervised probation.<\/p>\n<p>The judge ordered the defendant to pay $2,626.48 in restitution for medical bills incurred by the victim, Christopher Doses Kin.<\/p>\n<p>Ngirngesang was also directed to pay a $500 fine, $125 in court assessment fee plus probation fee.
