Wiseman has ordered a woman to spend 30 days in prison for filing fraudulent papers at the Department of Labor and the Division of Immigration.<\/p>\n<p>Wiseman sentenced Anita Antolin Camacho to one year in prison, all suspended except for 30 days, with no parole.<\/p>\n<p>He placed the 51-year-old Camacho on one year probation and ordered her to pay a $100 fine and $25 court assessment fee plus probation fee.<\/p>\n<p>The defendant was charged with attempted unlawful employment of an alien, inducement by fraudulent misrepresentation, and conspiracy to commit inducement by fraudulent misrepresentation, and two counts of document fraud.<\/p>\n<p>Camacho signed a plea agreement and pleaded guilty to one count of document fraud.<\/p>\n<p>According to the plea agreement, on Jan. 17, 2008, Camacho fabricated a false employment contract for Dennis Fabian that was submitted to Labor to circumvent local labor and immigration laws.<\/p>\n<p>Camacho\u2019s guilty plea may subject her to deportation proceedings. She was ordered to report to the Department of Corrections this Monday to serve her sentence. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Superior Court Associate Judge David A.
