{"id":128511,"date":"2008-12-02T18:30:00","date_gmt":"2008-12-02T18:30:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/b2815bf5-1dfb-11e4-aedf-250bc8c9958e"},"modified":"2008-12-02T18:30:00","modified_gmt":"2008-12-02T18:30:00","slug":"b2815c09-1dfb-11e4-aedf-250bc8c9958e","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.saipantribune.com\/index.php\/b2815c09-1dfb-11e4-aedf-250bc8c9958e\/","title":{"rendered":"Man in \u2018ice\u2019 case pleads guilty"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>A man who is facing charges in federal court for selling methamphetamine or \u201cice\u201d near a school on Tinian entered a guilty plea yesterday.<\/p>\n<p>Ying Min Jin signed a plea agreement with the U.S. government and pleaded guilty to one count of distribution of a controlled substance near a school.<\/p>\n<p>U.S. District Court for the NMI Chief Judge Alex R. Munson accepted Jin\u2019s plea and set the sentencing for March 10, 2009.<\/p>\n<p>Munson sent Jin back into the custody of the U.S. Marshal.<\/p>\n<p>A Drug Enforcement Administration agent stated in his report that on Aug. 27, 2008 a \u201cconfidential source\u201d was able to purchase $140 worth of \u201cice\u201d from Jin inside a poker arcade on Tinian.
