Peroni Nastro Azzurro, Italy\u2019s premiere beer and one Europe\u2019s oldest, was launched in style among Saipan\u2019s beer enthusiasts last Friday night at Palms Resort Saipan.<\/p>\n
The launching coincided with a fashion show as Jessica Rosario, sales and marketing manager of Mid-Pacific Distributors Guam\/Pacific Trading Co., said the beer must always go with great style and fashion.<\/p>\n
The models walked in their stylish clothing and Docomo cellular phones.<\/p>\n
Rosario said the beer was also launched together with the Hyundai Genesis from Triple J Motors. <\/p>\n
\u201cIt\u2019s style in a bottle, a cellphone, and a brand new and stylish car,\u201d Rosario explained.<\/p>\n
The beer was also launched with tasteful food.<\/p>\n
\u201cThe Peroni is always associated with a clean and stylish beer,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n
PTC general manager Charles Cepeda was glad to see a huge crowd during the launching.<\/p>\n
\u201cIt\u2019s nice. We have an excellent turnout,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n
The crowd included government officials and business leaders.<\/p>\n
\u201cWe have a very successful evening. We accomplished what we wanted to achieve. As you can see we have stylish food that compliments the Peroni,\u201d said Glen Hunter, also of PTC.<\/p>\n
Hunter said the fashion show that went with the launching was actually meant to discover the meaning of style.<\/p>\n
\u201cIt was beyond our expectations. We have a perfect crowd tonight and they enjoyed our great food as well as the great beer and wines.\u201d<\/p>\n
PTC also launched two wines\u2014Nottage Hill and Kendall-Jackson\u2014at the Hyatt Regency Saipan Thursday night.<\/p>\n
The Peroni beer along with Nottage Hill and Kendall-jackson wines are now available in selected outlets.<\/p>\n
The pale lager is a light-straw colored. It tastes light grains along with some nuts and some crisp hops.<\/p>\n
It has also some fruit sensations, especially when the beer begins to warm.<\/p>\n
But it is always good to drink it when it is cold. Its alcohol level is 4.7 percent by volume.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
