I was told that such driver\u2019s license doesn&#8217;t meet their standards or whatever and that I need to contact the CNMI Bureau of Motor Vehicles, which I did. <\/p>\n<p>My concern is that I need to pay $20 for my traffic clearance at the Clerk of Court and obtain an abstract from BMV. Why issue such a fancy driver\u2019s license when they&#8217;re useless in other parts of the world? It is very clear that whoever&#8217;s in-charge of the issuance of CNMI driver\u2019s license is not doing the job correctly. I feel so stupid to pay for the extra $20 from my empty pocket to get my traffic clearance just because of a simple silly mistake from someone who don&#8217;t know what he or she is doing.<\/p>\n<p>[B]Michael K.
