{"id":129247,"date":"2008-12-30T21:18:00","date_gmt":"2008-12-30T21:18:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/b2e8c2fb-1dfb-11e4-aedf-250bc8c9958e"},"modified":"2008-12-30T21:18:00","modified_gmt":"2008-12-30T21:18:00","slug":"b2e8c30c-1dfb-11e4-aedf-250bc8c9958e","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.saipantribune.com\/index.php\/b2e8c30c-1dfb-11e4-aedf-250bc8c9958e\/","title":{"rendered":"Hard Rock to host first New Year\u2019s countdown"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Hard Rock Caf\u00e9 Saipan is inviting the public to enjoy the New Year\u2019s Eve with special entertainment treats.<\/p>\n<p>The show, dubbed \u201cNew Year\u2019s Eve Countdown,\u201d starts at 10pm tonight (Wednesday, Dec. 31) until 2am (Thursday, Jan. 1).<\/p>\n<p>Entrance is free.<\/p>\n<p>Assistant general manager Aldwin Culiat said homegrown talents would make the night a fitting way to welcome 2009.<\/p>\n<p>Local rock band Frozen Nipple will perform live to spice up the Masquerade Show that will feature Final Extreme, the second placer in the CNMI Best Dance Crew competition, and the creative and outlandish costumes of the Most Talented Divas.<\/p>\n<p>Coordinating the event is Sharmaine Artade.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cCome and enjoy the show and the champagne toast, beers and special cocktails,\u201d Culiat said.<\/p>\n<p>This is the first time that Hard Rock Caf\u00e9 will be doing a New Year\u2019s Eve Countdown.<\/p>\n<p>Guests who order a steak set will be entitled to a complimentary glass of wine or beer and a 25 percent off Rock Shop Coupon.
