Had the game not ended in a tie, the trailing team must win two sets overtime, while the leading squad needs only one set.

The first team to score 10 points or a goal wins a set in overtime.

In Evenflow’s case, Lisua did both, as his team was ahead, 7-2, when he knocked down the winning goal.

Evenflow was off to a hot start taking a 26-16 win in the opening set.

Ghasias Brothers regrouped in the second set and found their rhythm en route to a close 26-25 triumph to cut Evenflow’s lead to single digit, 42-51.

The defending Rocball league champions moved within five, 71-76, going into the fourth set after a come-from-behind 29-25 triumph in the third set.

Ghasias Brothers cruised to their third straight set victory after a 28-23 win in the fourth set. But their five-point winning margin was not enough to allow them to juice out Evenflow and retain the “Gorilla.”

In Rocball, a juiced-out win is only handed to a team, which wins the fourth set and at the same time holds the lead after the regulation.

Ghasias Brothers’ five-point win over Evenflow in the fourth set only tied the game at 99-all, and the former failed to pick up where it left off losing in the first set o-kon.

The third game in the “Gorilla” will be played next Saturday with Evenflow as host.

Ghasias Brothers will join Okies for a month-long vacation before they are allowed to become challengers in the “Gorilla Games.”

Evenflow is now the king of “Gorilla Games” in the World Organized Rocball Community League after beating Ghasias Brothers in overtime, 109-101, Saturday at the Marianas High School Gymnasium.

[4

post-129915","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-local-news
["GET
