Bendicio, 44, said Thursday that she recently filed a theft and forgery complaint with the Department of Public Safety.<\/p>\n<p>Bendicio said she filed the complaint after the Department of Finance showed her a copy of her check this month that indicated that someone had already cashed it.<\/p>\n<p>The houseworker noticed that the signature in the check was far different from her signature. She also found out that the P.O.
