Sutherland<br \/>\nReporter<\/div>\n<p>D&#8217;Pirates Bar &amp; Grill&#8217;s Team Pirata now sits alone atop the Saipan Billiards Association&#8217;s Obyan Division standings after the conclusion of last week&#8217;s matchups.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile in the Agingan Division, Jonny&#8217;s Bar &amp; Grill&#8217;s IT&amp;E Voyagers are starting to pull away from the pack.<\/p>\n<p>Pirata defeated third-ranked Poksu (17-18), 5-2, on the road at the 19th Hole Bar &amp; Grill to improve to a win-loss slate of 22-13.<\/p>\n<p>Former co-leader Shark Attack absorbed a surprising 3-4 upset at home in Wild Bill&#8217;s Bar &amp; Grill to Jonny&#8217;s Team SCS (15-20). Shark Attack dropped two games after coming into the week with a share of the top spot.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, the 19th Hole Titans (15-20) outlasted Jonny&#8217;s Crazy 8 (16-19), 4-3, in another road upset.<\/p>\n<p>IT&amp;E Voyagers, for its part, shut out Fotten Palau (7-28), 7-0, in a road match at Joe&#8217;s Bar &amp; Grill and improved its record to 28-7.<\/p>\n<p>Seven games back in the Agingan Division is its sister-team, IT&amp;E Incredibles, of Sand&#8217;s Bar, which bested the third-ranked Docomo Hustlers (19-16), 5-2, on the road at Utopia Sports Bar.<\/p>\n<p>VFW Post 3457&#8217;s X-Tream (14-21), meanwhile, pulled out a 5-2 road upset over Home Boyz Five (16-19) at Jonny&#8217;s.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>By Walter J.
