His bail was set at $500 cash.<\/p>\n<p>Associate Judge Perry B. Inos pointed out that Nekaifas has four previous criminal convictions and warned him that if disobeys the court&#8217;s bail order, he will stay in jail until the trial.<\/p>\n<p>Detective Catherine B. Pangelinan, who took the witness stand, said that a police officer had responded Monday afternoon to a residence in Chalan Laulau after a caller sought help against Nekaifes.
