Kamruzzaman\u2019s lawsuit was dismissed with prejudice; that means the case cannot be re-opened.<\/p>\n<p>The terms of the settlement were not indicated in court papers.<\/p>\n<p>Kamruzzaman filed the lawsuit on Nov. 3, 2010, against Micronesian Resort Inc. (owner of Palms Resort) and 10 unnamed co-defendants for allegedly not acting on her sexual harassment complaint against her then superior, Habib Akbar.<\/p>\n<p>In Micronesian Resort\u2019s answer to the complaint, sttorney Michael W. Dotts asserted that plaintiff\u2019s claims are barred by the statute of limitations.
