Medics treated her but she refused to be brought to the hospital, police said.<\/p>\n<p>Jeffrey Taimanao Deleon Guerrero, 36, was arrested for assault with a dangerous weapon, assault and battery, and disturbing the peace. His bail was initially set at $6,250 cash. He was set to appear in the Superior Court yesterday afternoon.<\/p>\n<p>Detective Peter A. Aldan stated in his report that, according to the victim, she was frustrated because all Deleon Guerrero does is sleep and eat.<\/p>\n<p>On Wednesday night, the wife tried to wake Deleon Guerrero up, either to help her with household chores or attend to their children. She tried to hit him with a stick but missed. He got up, chased her, and allegedly punched her in the head and slapped her several times.<\/p>\n<p>Deleon Guerrero then allegedly grabbed a knife and stabbed her but she blocked the weapon, resulting in the wound on her right wrist.
