{"id":154740,"date":"2011-09-01T21:25:00","date_gmt":"2011-09-01T21:25:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/bd37be52-1dfb-11e4-aedf-250bc8c9958e"},"modified":"2011-09-01T21:25:00","modified_gmt":"2011-09-01T21:25:00","slug":"bd37be62-1dfb-11e4-aedf-250bc8c9958e","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.saipantribune.com\/index.php\/bd37be62-1dfb-11e4-aedf-250bc8c9958e\/","title":{"rendered":"Solid Waste starts accepting e-wastes from residential customers"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Effective Monday, Aug. 29, the Solid Waste Management Division started accepting electronic wastes or e-wastes from residential customers.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, the Department of Public Works division said the establishment of the disposal rates by Oct. 1 will affect all waste haulers, among them residential, commercial and government. <\/p>\n<p>At this time, no e-wastes will be accepted from commercial or government haulers.<\/p>\n<p>Also, the Lower Base Transfer Station and the Marpi landfill will be closed on Monday, Sept. 5, in observance of Labor Day.<\/p>\n<p>Below is the regular hours of the Lower Base Transfer Station and Marpi landfill:<\/p>\n<p>[B]TRANSFER STATION[\/B]<\/p>\n<p>* Government payday week: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday is open 8:30am-12pm and 1-4pm. Wednesday is close all day. Lunch close 12pm-1pm.<br \/>\n* Non-government payday week: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday is open 8:30am-12pm, and 1pm-4pm. Wednesday is close all day. Saturday is open 7:30am-12pm, and 1-4pm. Lunch close 12pm-1pm.<\/p>\n<p>[B]MARPI LANDFILL[\/B]<\/p>\n<p>* Government payday week: Monday to Saturday open 8:30am-12pm, and 1pm-4pm. Lunch close 12-1pm.<br \/>\n* Non-government payday week: Monday to Friday open 8:30am-12pm, and 1-4pm. Saturday open 7:30am-12pm, and 1-4pm. Lunch close 12-1pm.
