{"id":154774,"date":"2011-09-01T22:26:00","date_gmt":"2011-09-01T22:26:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/bd38aa54-1dfb-11e4-aedf-250bc8c9958e"},"modified":"2011-09-01T22:26:00","modified_gmt":"2011-09-01T22:26:00","slug":"bd38aa65-1dfb-11e4-aedf-250bc8c9958e","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.saipantribune.com\/index.php\/bd38aa65-1dfb-11e4-aedf-250bc8c9958e\/","title":{"rendered":"Three charges filed against suspect in copper wire theft"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Office of the Attorney General has filed three charges against a man who was arrested last week while allegedly in the process of stealing copper wires along Beach Road\u2019s pathway.<\/p>\n<p>Chief Prosecutor Michael Ernest filed Wednesday an information charging Primo K. Ogarto with theft, criminal mischief, and possession or removal of government property.<\/p>\n<p>Ernest stated in the information that Ogarto stole Friday, Aug. 26, copper wires from a manhole in Garapan. Ernest said that Ogarto cut the copper wires belonging to the CNMI government.<\/p>\n<p>At yesterday\u2019s preliminary hearing, Superior Court associate judge Perry B.
