The medium is a 4X6 card entry using watercolors, pastel crayons, colored pencils, or acrylic paints only.  <\/p>\n<p>The first prize winner will get $250, while the second prize is $175; third prize is $100.<\/p>\n<p>Gift baskets of school supplies will also be included with the cash prizes.<\/p>\n<p>A Foremost Ice Cream Scoop coupon will be given to each of the first 500 entries from Guam.
