You look at the wall and it\u2019s buckling already,\u201d Aging director Rose Mondala told reporters yesterday.<\/p>\n<p>Mondala said she and staffer David Celis were at the office Monday night to make sure that the office doesn\u2019t get inundated.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEvery time there\u2019s rain, we have to come here [Aging Office] so we don\u2019t get flooded,\u201d explained Mondala. \u201cBefore, I used to do it alone.
