{"id":155675,"date":"2011-10-07T17:52:00","date_gmt":"2011-10-07T17:52:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/bd7c8b5f-1dfb-11e4-aedf-250bc8c9958e"},"modified":"2011-10-07T17:52:00","modified_gmt":"2011-10-07T17:52:00","slug":"bd7c8b73-1dfb-11e4-aedf-250bc8c9958e","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.saipantribune.com\/index.php\/bd7c8b73-1dfb-11e4-aedf-250bc8c9958e\/","title":{"rendered":"Jurors find Cepeda not guilty of murder"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Superior Court jurors today render a not-guilty verdict against Franklin Cabrera Cepeda Jr., who is facing murder charges in connection with the 2000 killing of Rong Zhou inside a karaoke bar in San Jose.<\/p>\n<p>After deliberating for about four hours, the six jurors reached a unanimous verdict finding Cepeda not guilty of first-degree murder, second-degree murder, aggravated assault and battery, assault with a dangerous weapon, robbery, and conspiracy.<\/p>\n<p>Associate judge Perry B.
