{"id":155850,"date":"2011-10-13T22:27:00","date_gmt":"2011-10-13T22:27:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/bd7e0414-1dfb-11e4-aedf-250bc8c9958e"},"modified":"2011-10-13T22:27:00","modified_gmt":"2011-10-13T22:27:00","slug":"bd7e0425-1dfb-11e4-aedf-250bc8c9958e","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.saipantribune.com\/index.php\/bd7e0425-1dfb-11e4-aedf-250bc8c9958e\/","title":{"rendered":"Interior\u2019s Tony Babauta on island today"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>U.S. Interior assistant secretary for insular areas Tony Babauta will be on Saipan today mainly to take part in the opening of the Department of Public Health\u2019s Hemodialysis Center.<\/p>\n<p>This will be Babauta\u2019s first visit to the CNMI since the release of the final worker regulations but because he will only be here for a few hours, there\u2019s no telling whether he will be able to discuss with CNMI officials the final rule or the Interior\u2019s recommendation to U.S. Congress on the status of long-term foreign workers.<\/p>\n<p>Press secretary Angel Demapan, when asked for comment, said that Gov. Benigno R.
