{"id":155864,"date":"2011-10-14T20:45:00","date_gmt":"2011-10-14T20:45:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/bd7e1fb8-1dfb-11e4-aedf-250bc8c9958e"},"modified":"2011-10-14T20:45:00","modified_gmt":"2011-10-14T20:45:00","slug":"bd7e1fc9-1dfb-11e4-aedf-250bc8c9958e","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.saipantribune.com\/index.php\/bd7e1fc9-1dfb-11e4-aedf-250bc8c9958e\/","title":{"rendered":"NMIVA offering free Saturday clinics through Dec. 18"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Northern Marianas Volleyball Association is inviting all interested players to participate in free volleyball clinics on Saturday mornings from 8am to 10am beachside at Fiesta Resort &#038; Spa. <\/p>\n<p>The clinics, which will be held Saturdays beginning today until Dec. 18, will be conducted by CNMI national team coach Russ Quinn and veteran national player Tyce Mister <\/p>\n<p>The clinics are open to the public and there are no fees to participate. <\/p>\n<p>Clinics are open to all players ages 10 and above and adult supervision is preferred for players under 14.<\/p>\n<p>Learning points include an overview of the basic fundamentals, game strategy, and conditioning.<\/p>\n<p>Participants will also get a chance to see the CNMI national team training up close, as they will be showcasing their skills and help out with the clinics.
