Villanueva to nine months in prison for illegal possession of controlled substance, with credit for time served.<\/p>\n<p>The 33-year-old Villanueva was also sentenced to 33 days in prison, all suspended except five days, for reckless driving.<\/p>\n<p>After completing his sentence, Villanueva will be placed on supervised probation for two years. He was ordered to pay a $300 fine and $125 in court assessment fee, and to perform 50 hours of community work service.<\/p>\n<p>The Office of the Attorney General had charged Villanueva with trafficking of a controlled substance, conspiracy to trafficking a controlled substance, and illegal possession of controlled substance.<\/p>\n<p>In the traffic case, the OAG charged him with speeding, reckless driving, refusal to submit to a breath test, and driving under the influence of alcohol.<\/p>\n<p>Villanueva pleaded guilty to illegal possession of controlled substance and reckless driving as part of a plea deal.
