Bellas is suing a client in a paternity case for allegedly refusing to pay attorney\u2019s fee and costs amounting to $8,024.14.<\/p>\n<p>Bellas wants the Superior Court to order Ray S. Tenorio to pay him the attorney\u2019s fee, costs, and interest.<\/p>\n<p>Saipan Tribune tried but failed to contact Tenorio. <\/p>\n<p>Bellas stated in the complaint that Tenorio entered into an agreement for legal representation with him in May 2005 in connection with a then pending paternity action.<\/p>\n<p>Bellas said the matter is now done but Tenorio has yet to pay him for his legal services despite receipt of monthly billing statements.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Former Superior Court associate judge and now practicing attorney Timothy H.
