Benigno R. Fitial will administer the oath.<\/p>\n<p>Today\u2019s swearing-in is needed in order for the administration to begin processing the paperwork for Camacho\u2019s elevation to the Judiciary.<\/p>\n<p>Camacho told Saipan Tribune that an investiture ceremony, which will be open to the public, will be held on Nov. 18, 2011, at the CNMI Supreme Court at 10am.<\/p>\n<p>The Supreme Court is expected to issue a public announcement about the ceremony.<\/p>\n<p>Ramona V.
