Benigno R. Fitial will serve as the keynote speaker in today\u2019s investiture ceremony for Joseph James Norita Camacho, the newest associate judge of the CNMI Superior Court.<\/p>\n<p>Fitial will also swear in Camacho during the ceremony set at 10am at the Supreme Court courtroom in Susupe. The public is invited to today\u2019s ceremony.<\/p>\n<p>Chief Deputy Attorney General of Guam Philip J. Tydingco will serve as presenter for Camacho.<\/p>\n<p>Camacho was sworn in as associate judge during a \u201cprivate\u201d ceremony at the governor\u2019s conference room on Capital Hill last Nov. 10. <\/p>\n<p>Camacho replaced Ramona V. Manglona as Superior Court associate judge after Manglona became chief judge of the U.S. District Court for the NMI. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Gov. Benigno R.
