His bail was set at $50,000 cash. Preliminary hearing will be on Nov. 23 at 9am.<\/p>\n<p>At yesterday\u2019s hearing, assistant attorney general Peter B. Prestley called to the witness stand detective Melissa Bauleung, who narrated to the court the circumstances leading to Imperial\u2019s arrest.
