Entrance fee is only $15, inclusive of tote bags (for the first 100 registered participants) and raffle tickets.<\/p>\n<p>The race from Garapan to the finish line is about five kilometers and runners can enter in the men\u2019s and open divisions or student category<\/p>\n<p>Last year, Ketson \u201cJack\u201d Kabiriel and Mamiko Oshima-Berger ruled the men\u2019s and women\u2019s divisions with times of 17:57 and 19:30, respectively. In the students division, John Auther of Whispering Palms placed first with his time of 20:15.
