The northern part of Saipan such as As Matuis and perhaps others who are &#8220;actually&#8221; paying an amount that is supposedly equal to the delivery of services, yet it is not happening. People ought to complain about this, most especially those who are not receiving this so called fast connectivity. \u00a0Don\u2019t pay what you\u2019re not getting. If they disconnect you take the service provider to court and let them prove that your connection is as good as what they claim it to be. They\u2019ll end up paying your attorney\u2019s fees too. If the service sucks, that doesn\u2019t mean you have to suffer.
