The second setup will be on Beach Road Chalan Kanoa in front of Super Fresh Market on the northbound lane from 11pm to 12:15am.<\/p>\n<p>On Friday, Oct. 21, the first setup will be on Chalan Pale Arnold, Puerto Rico by the U.S. Army Reserve Center on the southbound lane from 7:30pm to 8:45pm. The second setup will be on Chalan Monsignor Guerrero, Chalan Kiya on the westbound lane from 10pm to 11:15pm.<\/p>\n<p>On Saturday, Oct. 22, the first setup will be on Beach Road Chalan Laulau adjacent to Dr. Benusto Kaipat&#8217;s residence on the southbound lane from 8pm to 9:15pm.
