Johansen, the group intends to sail from Saipan with three 25-foot sailboats carrying approximately 20 people, arriving on Tinian Saturday morning.<\/p>\n<p>The sailing clinic requires that sailors know how to swim to participate and are wearing a personal floatation device. The group will have some loaner flotation devices for those who do not have this equipment. The usual clinic involves a short water safety lecture and capsize\/self rescue drills before the sailor is on his own.<\/p>\n<p>The group will also bring some kayaks for rescue\/water safety patrol in order to maintain the perimeter of the clinic. <\/p>\n<p>The sailing clinic is free for anyone interested.
