{"id":158980,"date":"2012-02-16T20:20:00","date_gmt":"2012-02-16T20:20:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/be365d2f-1dfb-11e4-aedf-250bc8c9958e"},"modified":"2012-02-16T20:20:00","modified_gmt":"2012-02-16T20:20:00","slug":"be365d40-1dfb-11e4-aedf-250bc8c9958e","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.saipantribune.com\/index.php\/be365d40-1dfb-11e4-aedf-250bc8c9958e\/","title":{"rendered":"Suspected \u2018ice\u2019 supplier nabbed in Garapan"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration agents arrested last week a woman who allegedly sold methamphetamine or \u201cice\u201d in Garapan.<\/p>\n<p>Yue Xin Tang, a Chinese national, was brought to the U.S. District Court for the NMI on Wednesday for her initial court appearance. <\/p>\n<p>U.S. District Court for the NMI Chief Judge Ramona V. Manglona granted assistant U.S. attorney Garth Backe\u2019s request to unseal the complaint charging Tang with two counts of distribution of a controlled substance.<\/p>\n<p>Manglona set the detention hearing and the arraignment on Feb. 24, 2012 at 9am.<\/p>\n<p>Loren Sutton served as court-appointed counsel for Tang.<\/p>\n<p>According to DEA special agent Jacqueline R.
