With the limited financial resources provided to the Judiciary in this year\u2019s budget, the CNMI Judicial Council has adopted the measures to implement a reduction of personnel work hours and courthouse hours of operation. In April the courthouses on all three islands will be open with full operations except as noted below.<\/p>\n
[B]SAIPAN[\/B]<\/p>\n
– Closed on Friday, April 6, 2012, for Good Friday <\/p>\n
– Limited operation on Friday, April 20, 2012. On days of limited operations, only essential services of the Office of the Clerk of Court, the Office of Adult Probation Services, the Family Court Division, the Marshal Service Division, and Judicial Chambers will be provided. Courts will address certain docket requirements, emergency and related prescheduled matters. <\/p>\n
[B]ROTA[\/B]<\/p>\n
– Closed on Friday, April 6, 2012, for Good Friday<\/p>\n
[B]TINIAN[\/B]<\/p>\n
-Closed on Monday, April 23, 2012 <\/p>\n
The CNMI Judicial Council considers its hours of operation on a month-to-month basis. It will meet again on April 11, 2012. The hours of operation for May will be publicized after the meeting on the CNMI Judiciary website, http:\/\/www.justice.gov.mp\/. <\/p>\n
