Ramangmou, 22, were taken to the Superior Court yesterday morning for bail hearings.<\/p>\n<p>Woo was arrested for assault with a dangerous weapon, assault and battery, criminal mischief, and disturbing the peace. Ramangmou was apprehended for assault and battery and disturbing the peace.<\/p>\n<p>Associate Judge Kenneth L. Govendo imposed a $6,500 cash bail for Woo and $500 cash bail for Ramangmou.<\/p>\n<p>Police detective Melissa Bauleong stated in her report that Woo and his former wife had an argument Thursday at her residence in Garapan.<\/p>\n<p>Woo allegedly choked the victim and threw a plastic chair at her.
