Bring your children so they, too, can learn the traditional ways of the Chamorros and Carolinians.<\/p>\n<p>On Saipan, the Chamorro-Carolinian Village Cultural Centers Headquargters is offering free lessons to Chamorros and Carolinians on mending\u00a0tal\u00e5ya,\u00a0making folded paper sculpture,\u00a0empan\u00e5, bu\u00f1elus harina, and\u00a0potu\u00a0this Saturday, April 28, at the\u00a0Saipan Chamorro-Carolinian Village Cultural Centers Headquarters at 1213 Capitol Hill Rd, across from the Workforce Investment Agency and next to the Board of Parole Office.\u00a0The activities start at 9:30am and end around noon.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0The above activities on Tinian and Saipan are offered by the Association of Native Medicine and Culture, in partnership with the Community and Cultural Affairs, Office of the Mayor (Tinian), and the Indigenous Affairs Office (Saipan), and funded in part by the Administration for Native Americans.
