{"id":161350,"date":"2012-05-18T21:12:00","date_gmt":"2012-05-18T21:12:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/bf8dfc83-1dfb-11e4-aedf-250bc8c9958e"},"modified":"2012-05-18T21:12:00","modified_gmt":"2012-05-18T21:12:00","slug":"bf8dfc97-1dfb-11e4-aedf-250bc8c9958e","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.saipantribune.com\/index.php\/bf8dfc97-1dfb-11e4-aedf-250bc8c9958e\/","title":{"rendered":"MPU-2 Silver continues domination in boys U15"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>MPU-2 Silver made it nine wins in nine games in the Northern Mariana Islands Football Association\u2019s 2012 Boys U15 Spring Youth League.<\/p>\n<p>Its latest victim was Tan Holdings Football Club, which succumbed to the powerhouse squad in a score of 16-1 last May 12 at the Oleai Sports Complex field.<\/p>\n<p>Jehn Joyner was responsible for nearly half of MPU-2\u2019s goals, as the 5\u201911\u201d midfielder found the back of the net seven times in the romp.<\/p>\n<p>Brian Lee was equally impressive for the undefeated team, scoring five goals. Others who connected against Tan Holdings FC were Daniel Lim, John Raymond Taisacan (twice), and Ryota Ito.<\/p>\n<p>The lone goal for Tan Holdings FC, which dropped to a 1-1-7 win-draw-loss record, was credited to Jeremie Tanghal.  <\/p>\n<p>In other boys U15 matches last week, MPU-1 Blue (1-8-5) earned its first win of the season with an 8-0 shellacking of Matansa Football Club (5-1-3); Paire Football Club (6-1-2) clobbered MPU-2, 10-0;  Tan Holdings FC beat PFC, 2-0; and Matansa FC defeated Shirley\u2019s Football Club (3-0-6), 2-0.<\/p>\n<p>[B]MEN\u2019S DIVISION[\/B]<\/p>\n<p>Over in the 2012 Men\u2019s Spring League, Wild Bill\u2019s rebounded from its first loss of the season with a 4-1 spanking of Inter Football Club last May 13 at the Oleai pitch.<\/p>\n<p>Adul Detdon accounted for half of Wild Bill\u2019s goal total with two, while Unsa Tanapon and Jeeraphong Thoensaket also found the back of the net to improve Wild Bill\u2019s record to 7-0-1. The loss was the second for Inter FC, which also has four wins and two draws.<\/p>\n<p>In other men\u2019s league games, Paire FC (2-3-3) and Matansa FC (3-1-2) settled for a 1-1 draw, Korea Football Association of Saipan (2-2-4) nipped Sky FC (0-2-6), and Inter beat Matansa FC, 0-3.<\/p>\n<p>[B]U15 GIRLS[\/B]<\/p>\n<p>Only two games were on tap in the 2012 Girls U15 Spring Youth League with Shirley\u2019s FC (6-2-0) beating Matansa FC (3-2-3), 4-1, last May 12 at the Hopwood Junior High School Field.<\/p>\n<p>The other match saw Matansa FC rebound from that loss a couple of hours later with 2-0 win over Paire FC (1-2-5).<\/p>\n<p>[B]WOMEN\u2019S DIVISION[\/B]<\/p>\n<p>In the 2012 Women\u2019s 11 Aside, Shirley\u2019s FC improved to seven wins against a draw with a 7-0 domination of Matansa FC.<\/p>\n<p>Lalaine Pagarao completed a hat trick for Shirley\u2019s FC, scoring in the 22nd, 33rd, and 54th minutes.
