Since you must file Form I-360 by mail or overnight courier, be sure to ship it in time for USCIS to receive it no later than Oct. 28, 2011, (mainland time.)<\/p>\n<p>Among other things, you must establish that:<br \/>\n* You were the citizen&#8217;s legal spouse.<br \/>\n* You have not remarried.<br \/>\n* You are admissible as an immigrant.<\/p>\n<p>More details on filing as a I-360 Widow(er)-including application requirements, fees and procedures-are available at www.uscis.gov\/I-360.
