{"id":174368,"date":"2013-12-09T19:29:00","date_gmt":"2013-12-09T19:29:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/c27268b5-1dfb-11e4-aedf-250bc8c9958e"},"modified":"2013-12-09T19:29:00","modified_gmt":"2013-12-09T19:29:00","slug":"c27268c8-1dfb-11e4-aedf-250bc8c9958e","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.saipantribune.com\/index.php\/c27268c8-1dfb-11e4-aedf-250bc8c9958e\/","title":{"rendered":"DUI checkpoints this Friday, Saturday"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Department of Public Safety\u2019s Traffic Section will be conducting sobriety checkpoints this weekend, Dec. 13 and 14, 2013.<\/p>\n<p>On Friday, Dec. 13, the first checkpoint is from 6pm to 7:15pm along Chalan Pale Arnold, Puerto Rico across Twin&#8217;s Supermarket on the southbound lane.<\/p>\n<p>The second checkpoint is from 9pm to 10:15pm along Beach Road Susupe, in front of the Minatchom Atdao on the southbound lane.<\/p>\n<p>The third checkpoint is from 12:30am to 1:45am along Beach Road San Jose, in front of the CDA Office on the northbound lane.<\/p>\n<p>On Saturday, Dec. 14, the first checkpoint is from 5pm to 6:15pm on Beach Road, Chalan Piao in front of Hopwood Jr. High School on the southbound lane.<\/p>\n<p>The second checkpoint is from 8:30pm to 9:45pm on Chalan Monsignor Guerrero, Chalan Kiya by the CUC Waterloo on the westbound lane.<\/p>\n<p>The third checkpoint is from 11pm to 12:15am on Beach Road Chalan Lau Lau, adjacent to the late Dr. Benusto Kaipat&#8217;s residence on the southbound lane.<\/p>\n<p>In between checkpoints, traffic officers and patrol officers will be conducting highway criminal interdiction, saturation patrol at random locations, aggressive driver interdiction program, and speed enforcement.<\/p>\n<p>For more information about the DUI sobriety checkpoints, contact Sgt.
