A responding police officer did not observe visible signs of injuries on her, police said.

Police detective Therese S. Kintoki stated in her report that a police officer responded to an apartment in Koblerville on Saturday at 10:50am, after receiving a call about a disturbance.

Kintoki said the officer met with a woman who was limping on her left leg and who stated that her husband, Ayuyu, beat her up so she ran away. Ayuyu’s wife appeared emotional and her pants were dirty and torn. She was wearing only one slipper. Ayuyu’s wife got into the police’s vehicle and complained of pain in the head. Medics later arrived and brought her to the Commonwealth Health Center.

Ayuyu was later arrested.

The wife told police that Ayuyu slapped her in the face and head five times. He then allegedly grabbed her and threw her to the bed. Later in the morning, when the wife got up to get ready for work, Ayuyu held her to prevent her from leaving, so she ran away and managed to reach Kevin’s Apartment in Koblerville where she called for police’s assistance. The wife told police that the Ayuyu had slapped her before but this incident was the worst.

In Lizama’s case, Kintoki stated that a police officer arrived at a residence in Kannat Tabla on Saturday night after receiving a call about a domestic violence. The officer met Lizama’s common-law wife, who was crying and appeared traumatized.

The wife told police that Lizama was very drunk and forcefully took their 1-year-old son from her by choking her neck. The wife said she was scared for the safety of their son because Lizama was intoxicated and driving a Jeep Cherokee. The officer called all police units via radio to be on the lookout for the vehicle at a possible location in San Vicente. Two police officers arrived at Lizama’s house in San Vicente where they found the vehicle.

Lizama’s mother later returned the baby to the defendant’s common-law wife. Lizama was then arrested.

Lizama allegedly choked his wife’s neck and grabbed their son away from her. When she took a cordless phone on the table to call 911, the defendant allegedly grabbed the phone away and left with their 1-year-old son.

The wife told police that whenever Lizama gets drunk he can’t control himself and becomes violent. She said Lizama, who also choked her six months ago in front of their 3-year-old daughter, is currently undergoing counseling for substance and alcohol abuse.

An intoxicated man beat up his wife for refusing to have sex with him while another man choked his common-law wife in front of their 1-year-old son, in separate domestic violence incidents over the weekend on Saipan, police said.

[4

post-174934","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-local-news
["GET
