There\u2019s no need to rush the privatization,\u201d House PUTC chairman Larry Deleon Guerrero (Ind-Saipan) told Saipan Tribune after the committee meeting yesterday afternoon.<\/p>\n<p>The House PUTC panel, however, decided to recommend passage of Rep.
