This is with regards to a process server entering private property or going to workplaces to serve an individual court documents. I believe that it\u2019s a form of harassment to be checking a client during work hours. There are times when coworkers or neighbors get to know the confidentiality of the issues because of how the server enters the privacy of a client. I think the proper way is for the company to send documents to the prospective client via their mailing address. I hope that something is done with this issue because there\u2019s a lot of people that have the same problems of how the process server enters the private property or workplaces.
