Larry Deleon Guerrero (Ind-Saipan).<\/p>\n<p>He said the recycled asphalt will cover large potholes on Chopak Drive, Tuten Drive, and Pine Drive.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis will be temporary to cover the holes that damage the cars that pass by and help the community while we try and move forward with the Kagman road project,\u201d Deleon Guerrero said.<\/p>\n<p>He said the Saipan Mayor\u2019s Office asked Hawaiian Rock for the recycled asphalt and the request was fortunately granted.<\/p>\n<p>Deleon Guerrero said that a grader will be arriving today, Aug. 15, in Kagman to plug the potholes.<\/p>\n<p>Rep. Antonio R. Agulto (Ind-Saipan) is also urging the Department of Public Works to move ahead with the project to pave Kagman roads. <\/p>\n<p>In an Aug. 5 letter to DPW Secretary Martin C.
