I am writing this simple letter our elected leaders if there is a law pertaining to private companies of firm doing as a process server from court documents. This is with regards to a process server entering private property or going to work places to serve an individual of documents. I believed that it\u2019s harassment to be checking a client during working hours. There are times when co-workers or neighbors get to know the confidentiality of the issues because of how the server enters the privacy of a client. I think it\u2019s proper for the company to send documents to the perspective client to their mailing address. I hope that something has to be done with this issue because there are a lot of people that got the same problems of how the process server enters the private property or work centers. I am asking you all lawmakers to please look into this matter because this is disturbing the peace and is a form of harassment.<\/p>\n
