The medium is a 4\u201dx 6\u201d card entry using watercolors, pastel crayons, colored pencils or acrylic paints only.  <\/p>\n<p>Prizes are as follows:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211;\t&#8211; First Place:  $250.00<br \/>\n&#8211;\t&#8211; Second Place:  $175.00<br \/>\n&#8211;\t&#8211; Third Place:  $100.00<br \/>\n&#8211;\t&#8211; Gift baskets of school supplies will also be included with the cash prizes.<\/p>\n<p>A Cold Stone Creamery coupon will be given to the first 500 entries from Guam.
