{"id":177107,"date":"2014-08-21T04:00:36","date_gmt":"2014-08-20T18:00:36","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.saipantribune.com\/?p=177107"},"modified":"2014-08-21T04:00:36","modified_gmt":"2014-08-20T18:00:36","slug":"energy-division-distributing-cfls-rota-residents","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.saipantribune.com\/index.php\/energy-division-distributing-cfls-rota-residents\/","title":{"rendered":"Energy Division distributing CFLs  to Rota residents"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The CNMI DPW\/Energy Division is pleased to announce the distribution of the Residential Compact Fluorescent Lamps (CFLs) Event under the Energy, Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant (EECBG) to provide individuals residing on Rota the opportunity to receive free energy-efficient ENERGY STAR\u00ae rated CFLs to help reduce their home\u2019s energy consumption and promoting energy efficiency and conservation within the CNMI.  <\/p>\n<p>The DPW\/Energy Division EECBG staff will be distributing 16 energy-efficient ENERGY STAR Rated CFLs to residential consumers. The EVENT will be available to distribute CFLs on a first-come, first-served basis and while supplies last. Distribution schedule and location are as follows:<\/p>\n<p>Location: Rota Mayor\u2019s Office<\/p>\n<p>Antonio Camacho Atalig Memorial Library Building, Tatachog<\/p>\n<p>Dates: Aug. 27, 28, and 29th, 2014 <\/p>\n<p>Time:  8:30am-11:30am and 1pm-4:30pm<\/p>\n<p>In order to receive the CFLs, residential consumers must present a valid identification card with photo and a copy of their most recent CUC utility bill with their name, account number, and electric consumption on the billing.  <\/p>\n<p>Businesses are not eligible to participate in the event.<\/p>\n<p>For more information or questions regarding the event, call the DPW Energy Division\u2019s EECBG Office at (670) 664-4487\/89\/90 and ask for Maggie Untalan or Shawn Pangelinan.
