{"id":178866,"date":"2014-09-11T04:00:44","date_gmt":"2014-09-10T18:00:44","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.saipantribune.com\/?p=178866"},"modified":"2014-09-11T04:00:44","modified_gmt":"2014-09-10T18:00:44","slug":"green-gala-nets-two-major-sponsors","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.saipantribune.com\/index.php\/green-gala-nets-two-major-sponsors\/","title":{"rendered":"Green Gala nets two major sponsors"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>As a sign of further support from the island\u2019s business community, KKMP and Marianas Legal Strategy Group recently joined the ranks of Major Sponsors for Mariana Islands Nature Alliance\u2019s upcoming Green Gala.  <\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe are extremely thankful to both KKMP and Marianas Legal Strategy Group for their demonstrated commitment to our organization and efforts,\u201d said Frankie Eliptico, MINA chairperson. \u201cThe work we are doing to sustain the natural environment is made possible through the support from businesses such as KKMP and Marianas Legal Strategy Group.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The leading conservation nonprofit organization in the Commonwealth, MINA has successfully implemented many projects, including the Obyan Rehabilitation Project, the Teacher Environmental Camp, the Marine Debris Prevention program, and the Tasi Watch Project.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>In order to continue its efforts to preserve and protect the CNMI\u2019s fragile environment and biodiversity, MINA is seeking the community\u2019s participation in the Green Gala event.
