{"id":179649,"date":"2014-09-19T04:00:01","date_gmt":"2014-09-18T18:00:01","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.saipantribune.com\/?p=179649"},"modified":"2014-09-19T04:00:01","modified_gmt":"2014-09-18T18:00:01","slug":"impact-assessment-paul-russ-grounding-ongoing","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.saipantribune.com\/index.php\/impact-assessment-paul-russ-grounding-ongoing\/","title":{"rendered":"Impact assessment on Paul Russ grounding ongoing"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Any possible environmental damage to the reef or marine life due to the Paul Russ\u2019 grounding last week has yet to be determined.<\/p>\n<p>In an interview Wednesday morning, Bureau of Environmental and Coastal Quality administrator Frank Rabauliman confirmed that while there will be a report on environmental impact, no updates could be given yet as assessment was still taking place in the waters that morning.<\/p>\n<p>Lt.
