Govendo imposed a $10,000 cash bail on Roberto, who appeared with counsel, Rosemond Santos.<\/p>\n<p>Govendo found Roberto&#8217;s warrantless arrest to be justified after a detective took the witness stand and narrated the circumstances of the defendant&#8217;s arrest.<\/p>\n<p>Roberto allegedly fired an unregistered .22 caliber rifle.
