A nearly stationary front just north of Saipan will generate scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms over Saipan and Tinian waters.<\/p>\n<p>Buoy readings from the Marianas and computer model data indicate north-northwest swell from former Typhoon Vongfong continue to impact the Marianas.
