Joshua Berger, asked the Superior Court to hold Frances Quichocho liable to pay for damages totaling $9,641.94, plus interest, court costs, and attorney\u2019s fees. <\/p>\n<p>Saipan Tribune emailed the Quichocho couple for comments. There was no reply as of press time. The Quichochos were last reported to be in Tacoma, Washington. <\/p>\n<p>Berger stated in the complaint that Frances Quichocho obtained a $10,000 loan from Isla Financial Services in October 2013. As of Aug. 12, 2014, she is in default in the principal amount of $9,641.94, Berger said.
