{"id":182523,"date":"2014-10-21T04:00:11","date_gmt":"2014-10-20T18:00:11","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.saipantribune.com\/?p=182523"},"modified":"2014-10-21T04:00:11","modified_gmt":"2014-10-20T18:00:11","slug":"council-eyes-blessing-rites-wwii-dead","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.saipantribune.com\/index.php\/council-eyes-blessing-rites-wwii-dead\/","title":{"rendered":"Council eyes blessing rites for WWII dead"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Members of the community and the Saipan and Northern Islands Municipal Council are planning a blessing ceremony at Garapan\u2019s Marianas Memorial for the many lives lost during World War II.<\/p>\n<p>According to council chair Ramon B.
