Her background in human resources and strong management skills will allow her to bring tremendous knowledge and leadership to the clinic.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_183441\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-183441\" style=\"width: 150px\" class=\"wp-caption alignleft\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.saipantribune.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/10\/Polly-Masga.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-thumbnail wp-image-183441\" alt=\"Masga\" src=\"http:\/\/www.saipantribune.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/10\/Polly-Masga-150x150.jpg\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-183441\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Masga<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Masga was previously the human resources manager for Pacific Islands Club, where she oversaw more than 300 employees on various aspects of HR. \u201cOne of my strengths is helping employees become the best they can be, by providing them with a work environment that is fun, safe and educated,\u201d Masga said.<\/p>\n<p>Dr. Tony Stearns, Medical Director of MMC, stated, \u201cAnytime we can bring in a talent like Polly to our team it is of great benefit. Her skill set really complements what we feel is important.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Marianas Medical Center was founded by Stearns in 1998. It provides a full range of medical services for the entire family, including preventive healthcare, acute and chronic care for both adults and children, prenatal and women\u2019s healthcare, food handler exams, green card exams and more.\u00a0 MMC\u2019s friendly, professionally certified staff has multiple language skills, including Chamorro, English, Tagalog, Chinese, and Korean.<\/p>\n<p>Masga, talking about her new opportunity said, \u201cI am so excited to be part of the Marianas Medical Center team.
